bMW 3 series : the all round car
BMW 3 series, the all round car, is one of the most favorite cars for daily use. This small luxury sedan has been around for more than 40 years with 7 generations to date and still offers great driving experience.
The BMW 3 Series is a compact luxury sedan lineup from BMW company for more than 30 years. This BMW 3 series is considered as the core of the brand for BMW fans. The iconic 3 series has long been a benchmark for sports-sedan category.
In 1960’s BMW almost faced bankruptcy with the 1500 model .
To avoid this they launch a smaller family saloon and delivered the 1600-2002 series and becoming a big success for the Munich based carmaker. Thousands of 1600-2002 series were produced until 1976 when they launched a series that would amaze the world, and themselves – The BMW 3 Series.
The BMW 3 series is a compact luxury executive car produced by BMW since May 1975. It was the best sold model in the German’s carmaker history. The first generation of this series was only available as a 2 door coupe but has expanded since that
E 21 was the first model of the BMW 3 Series, available in wagon and four door sedan body. This lineup was produced to replace the legendary BMW 2002 Coupe. This series is one of the most popular and long standing Series in the BMW history. According to BMW, sales of the 3 Series is about 25 percent (14 million units sales) of total BMW worldwide sales.
This Series is a competitor of the Mercedes C Class, Lexus IS, Audi A3 and Infiniti Q50. BMW 3 Series is quick and agile and a great luxury sedan for daily use, in or out of the city roads.
